the pull of the blog

i do not consider myself to be a writer - and yet - i feel this pull to blog. to somehow document some of the wonderful snippets of my life that i don't want to forget. precious moments with allison, fun projects i am working on, the beauty i see in this world. today i finally decided that there is no use putting it off any longer (kind of a big thing for me, actually, as i am the queen of procrastination). it is time to start, and so i have :)
